Lydik Grynfeltt
Lydik Grynfeltt was born in France, but now lives in London where he set-up his International HR consultancy specialising in business transformation project management, international human resources and HR consulting on Brexit. He is of dual French / British nationality. Lydik was awarded an MBA from the Cass Business School while he lived in London and a Masters degree in Employment Law and HR Management from the Montpellier University (a French public research university that was established in 1289 in Montpellier in south-east of France. The University of Montpellier is one of the oldest universities in the world).

He built up a lot of experience in the UK, France, EMEA, North-America and North-Africa. He also worked in Legal, Consulting, Oil, Gas, Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, Tourism and Retail. He also combines experience with companies like Engie, Visa, Kuoni, Groupe Banques Populaires, KPMG, Kier, ISG and Brittany Ferries.

He combines strong academic records with several years in business (Human Resources, Legal, Consultancy, Strategy, Business Development and e-commerce Project Management) and foreign language skills (English, French and Spanish).

Lydik is an HR generalist with expertise covering international team management, HR Ops, HR Business Partnering, L&D, talent management, C&B, HR projects and shared services implementation. His consultancy also gives access to substantial HR experience from in-field to ExCom level, with technical European employment law expertise to deliver pragmatic solutions combined with business insight and strategic thinking for matrix organisations over 1000+ FTE​.

Lydik has a passion for black and white photography, new ideas, special projects, commenting on Twitter and unconventional ideas, one of which was created by his friend, French entrepreneur, Victoria Salem, who created The Golden Network.
